Camps are open to all youth lacrosse players!
Our Interstate Boys Lacrosse Camp is focused on improving the skills and lacrosse IQ of players through drill, position-specific training, and fun contests designed to bring out the best in each player. Our coaching staff is made up of high school coaches and experienced college lacrosse players who are passionate about the game of lacrosse.
Players at this camp will be grouped by age and ability.
Full lacrosse equipment is required for this camp (helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, stick, and mouth guard). A cup is recommended. Players should plan to bring a filled water bottle to camp each day.
DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE:
8:45 a.m. - Drop-off and check-in
9:00 a.m. - Announcements, stick work, and drills
9:55 a.m. - Water Break
10:00 a.m. - Small group, positional instruction
10:55 a.m. - Water Break
11:00 a.m. - Game situational drills and contests
12:00 p.m. - Departure
